Aqua FIT takes the full-body workout into our salt-water pools. This isn’t your traditional water aerobics! This class focuses on cardio, balance, strength, and your core.
Come Test the Waters
Shed extra body weight or tone with water weights and fun interval water workouts. Water workouts are exceptional ways to get in your cardio while putting little stress on your joints. You can see noticeable results regardless of your age or fitness level.
What to Expect
You can find our pools at Bob’s Gym North and Newburgh. Each pool is equipped with handicap accessible lifts and ladders for easy access. You’ll stay in the shallow end the entire 45-minute class. Each class uses a variety of underwater and above-water movements, and you’ll follow along with the instructor on the pool deck.
The gym provides water weights, paddles, and any other items you’ll need for your workout. You simply need to show up, jump in, and make a splash in this fun class!
