Pump It Up

It’s called Body Pump because it trains every major muscle group in one class! Our talented instructors will walk you through key exercises like the overhead press, deadlift, rows, squats, and of course, stretching. This 30, 45 and 55-minute class hits every major muscle group and raises your heart rate, making it ideal for lean-muscle building! It’s all about completing high repetitions with light weights!

We’re taking the total body workout to the next level with Les Mills Body Pump. You’ll use light, adjustable weights to build lean muscle and burn some serious calories in this upbeat and fabulously addictive class. You’ll leave class with a great sweat and feeling great. On average, you can burn between 500 and 600 calories in one session.

This class is for all levels, and the gym provides every piece of equipment you’ll need. Each Body Pump class uses a simple adjustable barbell with Les Mills weight plates that easily clip onto the barbell and double as hand weights. All you need to bring is a comfortable workout outfit and a positive attitude! Body Pump classes run daily at all locations. Check the schedule below for this week’s schedule!
